1. Agreement and role

These Terms & Conditions apply when you request a quote, make a booking, tender cargo, pay an invoice, or use our website. Pakistan Cargo may act as a freight forwarder, logistics coordinator, or arranging agent and may engage carriers, agents, warehouses, customs brokers, and delivery partners. The carrier’s own conditions may also apply to the carriage.

2. Quotes, bookings, and prices

Quotes are estimates unless we confirm them in writing and may change if shipment weight, dimensions, contents, route, fuel or security surcharges, carrier charges, currency, taxes, duties, storage, inspection, customs requirements, or other costs differ from the information supplied. A booking is subject to capacity, documentation, screening, and acceptance by the relevant carrier or authority.

3. Customer responsibilities

You must provide complete, accurate, and lawful shipment, consignee, value, and contact information; package cargo safely; label it correctly; obtain all permissions; and pay all applicable charges. You confirm that you are authorised to tender the cargo and that it contains no prohibited, restricted, dangerous, counterfeit, illegal, perishable, or improperly declared goods.

4. Inspection, refusal, and delay

We and our service partners may inspect, screen, weigh, measure, refuse, hold, return, dispose of, or report cargo where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, unpaid charges, or suspected misdeclaration. Transit schedules and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may arise from weather, carrier schedules, port congestion, customs, security checks, strikes, route changes, or events outside our control.

5. Charges, taxes, and payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, charges are payable as stated on the invoice and before release or delivery of cargo. You are responsible for freight charges, duties, taxes, demurrage, detention, storage, inspection, return, disposal, and other costs relating to the shipment. We may hold cargo or documents until due amounts are paid where permitted by law.

6. Claims and liability

Please inspect cargo on delivery and notify us promptly of visible loss or damage. Any claim must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence, including the booking reference, photographs, delivery record, and proof of value. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the services we arrange and will not include indirect, consequential, lost-profit, or delay losses. Separate cargo insurance should be arranged if you need broader protection.

7. Website and intellectual property

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not copy, misuse, interfere with, or attempt to access the website or our systems unlawfully. Pakistan Cargo names, logos, content, and materials remain our property or that of our licensors.

8. Governing terms and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory carrier or international carriage rules. Before confirming a booking, please ask us about route-specific terms and insurance options. Contact +971 544755880 with questions.
