1. Service coverage

Pakistan Cargo arranges air and sea cargo services for commercial and non-commercial shipments to destinations in Pakistan, subject to carrier coverage, route availability, local access, security requirements, and applicable laws. Service availability and final delivery options are confirmed for each booking.

2. Booking and collection

Start with a quote request that includes the cargo type, quantity, weight, dimensions, origin, destination, value, and preferred service. After confirmation, we provide collection or drop-off instructions. Charges may be revised if the actual shipment differs from the information provided or if additional handling is needed.

3. Packing and labelling

You are responsible for packing cargo to withstand normal handling and the selected mode of transport. Use strong outer packaging, suitable internal protection, clear consignee details, and any required handling labels. Fragile, valuable, perishable, temperature-sensitive, oversized, or regulated cargo must be declared before booking so that suitable arrangements can be considered.

4. Transit times and tracking

Estimated transit times are provided in good faith and begin only after cargo is accepted and all required documents, checks, and payments are complete. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will share tracking or status information when available. Carrier schedules, weather, port operations, customs, inspections, and remote-area delivery can affect timing.

5. Documentation and clearance

You must provide accurate invoices, packing lists, identity or business documents, licences, certificates, and other information required for the cargo. Customs and regulatory authorities may inspect, delay, assess charges on, refuse, or seize shipments under applicable rules. Duties, taxes, fines, storage, and clearance costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Delivery and receiving

Delivery is made to the address and recipient details provided at booking, subject to local service conditions. A recipient may be asked for identity verification, signature, payment of outstanding charges, or inspection of cargo. Please inspect packages at delivery and report visible damage or shortages promptly. Redelivery, address corrections, waiting time, or remote-area service may attract additional charges.

7. Restricted items and insurance

Do not send illegal, prohibited, dangerous, counterfeit, inadequately packed, or misdeclared goods. Acceptance of a shipment does not confirm that it is legally permitted or insured. Standard freight charges do not automatically include cargo insurance. Tell us before booking if you need to discuss insurance or declared-value options.
